Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you. If not received, contact us directly for assistance.

Yes! A confirmation email is sent immediately after you place your order.

We offer a 5-day return window. If you're not satisfied with your order, request a return. Upon approval, you’ll receive a full refund.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Note: Orders can’t be cancelled once they’re shipped.

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
